V.E. Kondratiuk, L.M. Yena Directions for use of high resolution electrocardiography method

The article reviews the studies of the high resolution ECG (HR ECG), prevalence of atrial late potentials (ALP), ventricular late potentials (VLP) in patients with different pathology, its diagnostic and prognostic value for development of life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias. Influence of therapy on amplitude and temporary parameters of HR ECG, frequency of the ALP and VLP in patients with different types of ischemic heart disease
was shown. The prospects of studies using HR ECG are elucidated.
