The article provides comparison of indices of office and ambulatory blood pressure and echocardiographic indices in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) syndrome and healthy subjects from control group. Also
it provides a comparison of similar indices in patients with OSA syndrome of different severity. We revealed higher levels of blood pressure in patients with OSA than in the control group subjects, as well as higher levels of blood pressure in patients with OSA of high severity. Also we revealed worsening of echocardiographic parameters in patients with OSA, as well as with OSA of high severity.
