S.V. Fedkiv Estimation of functional condition of coronary arteries bypasses by means of multispiral computer tomography using different types of multispiral CT scanners

The results of studies of coronary bypasses by noninvasive MSCT-angiography with use of 16, 32 and 64-multispiral computer tomography (MSCT) are presented. We carried out MSCT-analysis of 194 coronary
arteries bypasses (153-venous bypass grafts and 41 implantations of the internal mammary artery) in patients at age of 47–76 years, after coronary arteries bypass grafting. The functional condition of coronary arteries
bypasses in patients with stable forms of ischemic heart disease, unstable angina and in chronic heart failure is estimated. Functional disorders were revealed in one case of the internal mammary artery bypass, in 11 venous bypasses at projection of proximal anastomosis and in one – at projection of distal anastomosis. We compared results of estimation of functional condition of coronary arteries bypasses, performed with 16-, 32- and
64-MSCT devices and possibilities of application of MSCT-angiography after coronary arteries bypass grafting.
