This article has been carried out to study the predictors of frequent supraventricular extrasystolia (SVE) in the ischemic heart disease elderly patients. The results of 3-year observation over 143 ischemic heart disease stable angina pectoris of I–IV functional classes revealed following predictors of SVE (more than 1000 SVE per 24 hours): 24-hour ischemia duration, transmitral flow E/A ratio, size of the left atrium, left ventricular ejection fraction, and end-systolic volume of the left ventricle.
