In four clinical centers conducted an open prospective study of the efficacy and safety of acetylsalicylic acid in patients with stable angina II–III functional classes was conducted. Sensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid was assessed using several techniques (optical aggregometry with different inductors, the urinary 11-dehydrothromboxane B2 level). The frequency of aspirin resistance ranged from 3.33 to 13.33% (according to various criteria) and was combined with a satisfactory tolerability.
