The aim of this work was to study the tortuosity of the coronary arteries as an independent cause of myocardial ischemia and angina pectoris. To achieve this goal have been selected 15 patients with coronary arteries tortuosity without atherosclerosis and who had a clinical syndrome of chronic angina pain. Objective evidence of myocardial ischemia was proven in 14 patients by following methods: vector-ECG and vector-echocardiography (speckle-tracking strain), myocardial perfusion scintigraphy. Part of patients with angina pectoris, but without verified instrumental signs of myocardial ischemia at rest carried out stress testing.
