49 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) within 12 months of the controlled treatment. In the treatment of 25 patients used drugs as monotherapy (bisoprolol, n=9; verapamil, n=9; amiodarone, n=7), together with repeated courses of intravenous laser therapy. 24 patients for one year only took similar drugs (bisoprolol, n=9; verapamil, n=8; amiodarone, n=7). The survey was conducted of patients before therapy and during treatment. Against the backdrop of controlled treatment had significantly improved clinical symptoms, the number of heart contractions and quality of life of patients. Addition of intravenous laser treatment with drugs resulted in additional positive effects: a substantial reduction in the occurrence angina attacks, shortness of breath, extrasystolic arrhythmia, significantly reduced the thickness of the interventricular septum and the diastolic size of the left atrium.
